Return Policy

New gear: 7-day return, 10% restocking fee.
Used / pre-owned gear: 3-day return if the item isn't as listed.
Customer is responsible for return shipping in both cases.

New instruments & gear

Brand-new items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee applies, at our discretion, to cover return shipping and payment-processing costs already incurred on the original sale.

Used & pre-owned instruments

Used and pre-owned gear may be returned within 3 days of delivery, and only if the item isn't as listed (condition, specs, or description don't match what was advertised). Used items aren't eligible for a return simply due to a change of mind.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the instrument — high-value gear like this isn't cheap to replace if it's lost or damaged in transit, and the buyer carries that risk on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the return, we'll refund your original payment method (less the restocking fee on new-gear returns, where applicable).

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away — that's on us to make right, and neither the restocking fee nor return shipping costs apply.
