Ataraxis Music ("we," "us") is a boutique guitar showroom in Fishers, Indiana. We collect only the information needed to answer your questions, book your visit, and fulfill your order — and we never sell your information. This page explains what we collect and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what you provide:
- Contact details — your name, email, and phone number when you call, email, or book an appointment.
- Order & shipping information — at checkout: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
- Site analytics — if enabled, basic, aggregate usage data (for example, Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To process, fulfill, and ship your order, and to handle returns or warranty service.
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule showroom visits.
- To keep ordinary business and tax records.
Payments
Card payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems. The processor handles your payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
How your information is shared
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — our payment processor, shipping carriers, and analytics provider — or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and opt out of marketing messages at any time. Depending on where you live (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
